Section 3-113 - Refusing access or resisting quarantine; concealing disease(a) A person may not refuse the Secretary or his agent access to his premises or vehicle nor resist the application of any quarantine order or rule or regulation.(b) A person may not conceal the fact that a contagious or infectious disease exists on his premises.
