Section 501B.3 - Relation to other law1. Principles of law and equity supplement this chapter unless displaced by a particular provision of this chapter.2. A statute governing a specific type of unincorporated nonprofit association prevails over an inconsistent provision in this chapter, to the extent of the inconsistency.3.
