Section 490.123 - Effective date of filed document1. Except to the extent otherwise provided in section 490.124, subsection 3, and part 5, a document accepted for filing is effective as follows: a. On the date and at the time of filing, as provided in section 490.125, subsection 2.b. On the date of filing and at the time specified in the document as its effective time, if later than the time under paragraph "a".c. At a specified delayed effective date and time which shall not be more than ninety days after filing.d. If a delayed effective date is specified, but no time is specified, at 12:01 a.m. on the date specified, which shall not be more than ninety days after the date of filing.2.
