Section 321.29 - [Effective Until 1/1/2025] Renewal not permitted

Any vehicle that was once registered in the state, but which was removed from and no longer subject to registration in this state, shall, upon being returned to this state and becoming again subject to registration, be registered again in accordance with section 321.20.
