Section 321.334 - PenaltiesA person shall be fined not less than one dollar nor more than one hundred dollars for each offense, if the person does any of the following:
1. Carries a cane or walking stick such as is prescribed in section 321.332, but contrary to the provisions of this chapter.2. Fails to heed the approach of a person lawfully carrying a cane or walking stick that is white in color or white tipped with red, or who is being led by a guide dog.3.
