Section 99B.44 - [Renumbered from 99B.9] Social gambling in public placesSocial gambling in a public place is lawful, subject to the provisions of section 99B.42, if all of the following requirements are met:
1. The social gambling is conducted at any public place owned, leased, rented, or otherwise occupied by the licensee.2. The person occupying the premises of the public place as an owner or tenant has submitted an application for a license and a fee of one hundred dollars to the department, and a license has been issued.3. The license is prominently displayed on the premises of the public place.4.
