Section 15-11-650 - Purpose of articleThe purpose of this article is:
(1) To set forth procedures for a determination of whether a child is incompetent to proceed; and(2) To provide a mechanism for the development and implementation of competency remediation services, when appropriate, including treatment, habilitation, support, or supervision services.Added by 2013 Ga.
