Section 34-24-196 - Penalties(a) Each violation of Section 34-24-210 shall be punishable by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500), or by imprisonment for not less than 30 days nor more than 90 days, or both.(b) Any individual who knowingly makes a false statement in his or her application for a license or compact privilege under this article, or in response to any inquiry by the board, shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500) or by imprisonment for not less than 30 days nor more than 90 days, or both.Ala.
