Section 27-10-22 - Endorsement of surplus line contract

Every insurance contract procured and delivered as a surplus line coverage pursuant to this article shall bear the name and license number of the surplus line broker who procured it and shall have stamped upon it the following:

This contract is registered and delivered as a surplus line coverage under the Alabama Surplus Line Insurance Law.
