Section 16-24B-56 - Preliminary certificate; breach of assistant administrative officer employment contract(a) An individual who has not completed a teacher education program in Principal or Educational Administrator may be eligible for a preliminary certificate, which could lead to full certification by the State Department of Education under rules approved by the State Board of Education.(b) No action shall lie for the recovery of damages for the breach of any employment contract of a contract assistant administrative officer in the public schools.Ala.
