Section 12-18-151 - Judges' and Clerks' Plan established

There is hereby created and established the Judges' and Clerks' Plan under the Judicial Retirement Fund.

Added by Act 2015-498,§ 3, eff. 11/8/2016 if the constitutional amendment proposed by Senate Bill 421 of the 2015 Regular Session is passed by the legislature and ratified .
