Section 8257.01 - Council's powers(a) Consistent with the authority provided in subdivision (l) of Section 8257, the council shall leverage the programmatic and administrative expertise of relevant state departments and agencies.(b) The council may also designate and reimburse a state agency or department to administer programs and related functions as it considers necessary.Ca.
