Section 1507 - Appointment of deputy director and other officers and employees

The director may appoint and, in accordance with law fix the salaries of:

(a) A deputy director.

(b) Such other officers, deputies, technical experts, and employees as may be necessary for the proper discharge of the duties of the department.
