Section 14020 - License required; falsely representing person employed by licensee(a) A person shall not engage in a business regulated by this chapter, or act or assume to act as, or represent themselves to be, a licensee unless the person is licensed under this chapter.(b) A person shall not falsely represent that the person is employed by a licensee.Amended by Stats 2019 ch 502 (SB 240),s 2, eff. 10/3/2019.
