Section 10509.919 - [Effective 1/1/2025] Applicability of Article
This article shall apply to both of the following:
(a) A recommendation of an annuity made before January 1, 2025, that results in the purchase, exchange, or replacement that was recommended.(b) A sale of an annuity made before January 1, 2025, that is not based on a recommendation.
