Section 2269 - [Effective Until 1/1/2025] Effect of chapter on confidentiality of voter registration informationThis chapter does not affect the confidentiality of a person's voter registration or preregistration information, which remains confidential pursuant to Section 2194 of this code and Section 7924.000 of the Government Code and for all of the following persons:
(a) A victim of domestic violence, sexual assault, or stalking pursuant to Section 2166.5.(b) A reproductive health care service provider, employee, volunteer, or patient pursuant to Section 2166.5.(c) A public safety officer pursuant to Section 2166.7.(d) A person with a life-threatening circumstance upon court order pursuant to Section 2166.Amended by Stats 2022 ch 28 (SB 1380),s 41, eff. 1/1/2023.Renumbered as Ca.
