Section 7150 - "Person" and "senior citizen" defined(a) "Person" as used in this article is limited to natural persons, notwithstanding the definition of person in Section 7025.(b) "Senior citizen" means an individual who is 65 years of age or older.Ca. Bus. and Prof'l. Code § 7150
