Section 6-62-806 - Rules - Nondiscriminatory application(a) The Arkansas Higher Education Coordinating Board is authorized to promulgate any rules necessary for the implementation of this subchapter.(b) The provisions of this subchapter shall not be implemented in such a way as to discriminate against women's athletic programs.Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 378, eff. 7/24/2019.Acts 1991, No. 366, §§ 6, 7.
