Section 6-51-1102 - Board of directors
On the effective date of a merger under § 6-51-1101(a)(2):
(1) The Board of Directors of Crowley's Ridge Technical Institute shall be abolished; and(2) The Board of Directors of East Arkansas Community College shall assume the powers and duties of the Board of Directors of Crowley's Ridge Technical Institute.
