Section 23-66-305 - Misrepresentations in application for insurance(a) No agent, broker, solicitor, examining physician, or other person shall make a false or fraudulent statement or representation in, or relative to, an application for insurance.(b) Violations of this section shall be punishable under § 23-60-108.Acts 1959, No. 148, § 232; A.S.A. 1947, § 66-3025.
