Section 15-22-1204 - Construction and enumeration(a) This subchapter is complete in itself and shall be the sole authority necessary to carry out its purposes.(b) This subchapter shall be construed liberally.(c) The enumeration of any object, purpose, power, or method shall not be deemed to exclude like objects, purposes, powers, or methods.Acts 1999, No. 1050, § 4.
