Section 46-241.02 - Eligibility for short-term crisis servicesTo qualify for short-term crisis services, an applicant shall prove that the applicant meets all of the following requirements:
1. The applicant is a resident of this state at the time of application.2. The applicant is experiencing a short-term crisis that will cause homelessness or the interruption of heating or cooling at the applicant's residence.3. The total gross countable income of the applicant's household does not exceed:(a) One hundred twenty-five per cent of the federal poverty guidelines.(b) One hundred fifty per cent of the federal poverty guidelines if the household includes a person with a disability or elderly person.Amended by L. 2014, ch. 215,s. 214, eff. 7/24/2014.
