Section 42-2152 - List of agencies having authority over starting and conducting businessThe department of revenue shall:
1. Obtain and keep on file a list of the agencies, boards, commissions and departments, their addresses and telephone numbers and the subjects over which they have authority.2. Provide a copy of this list to any person requesting a form under section 42-2151.3. On request, provide any person with copies of any of the forms commonly in use which it has on file.
