Section 41-1221 - Preventing meeting of or disturbing legislature; classificationA. A person who knowingly, by force or fraud, prevents the legislature, or either house of the legislature, or any member thereof, from meeting or organizing, is guilty of a class 5 felony.B. A person who knowingly disturbs the legislature, or either house of the legislature, while in session, or who commits any disorderly conduct in the immediate view and presence of either house, tending to interrupt its proceedings or impair the respect due its authority, is guilty of a class 2 misdemeanor.
