Section 27-523 - Deposit of monies; expensesA. Monies collected by the commissioner under this article shall be deposited, pursuant to sections 35-146 and 35-147, in the fund.B. Expenses incident to the administration of this article shall be paid from the fund, subject to legislative appropriation.
