Section 17-293 - Unlawful interest in real property by commission member; violation; classificationA. A member of the commission shall not have any direct or indirect financial interest in any real property purchased with monies made available by the issuance of bonds.B. A person who violates subsection A is guilty of a class 2 misdemeanor.
