Section 12.25.190 - When person to be given five-day notice to appear in court(a) When a person is contacted by a peace officer and the peace officer exercises one of the options provided for in AS 12.25.180, the officer shall prepare a written citation and issue it to the person.(b) The time specified in the notice to appear shall be at least two [FIVE] working days after the issuance of the citation under AS 12.25.180(a).
