Rule 5 - Appointments of Guardian Ad Litem(a) Equitable distribution of workload. Each court shall promulgate local rules providing a system of appointing and reasonably compensating guardians ad litem which ensures an equitable distribution of the work load among the guardians ad litem on the registry. (b) Procedure to address complaints. The local rules shall provide a procedure to timely address complaints made by any guardian ad litem regarding registry or appointment matters. Wash. Super. Ct.
