Preface

Pursuant to Article IV, Section 31 of the Washington State Constitution, the Commission on Judicial Conduct adopted rules of procedure and rules for confidentiality effective on 9/18/1996, and subsequently amended such rules effective on 9/15/1999, 1/15/2000, 1/16/2001, 10/20/2005, 5/10/2007, 7/14/2007 and 6/18/2010.
