Rule 6 - Study of Law Required Prior to Admission by ExaminationAn Applicant for admission by examination must demonstrate that he or she has:
(a) graduated from an Approved Law School or satisfied the requirements for early examination in Rule 9(c)(5);(b) completed the Law Office Study Program; or(c) graduated from a non-Approved Law School, if the equivalency requirements of Rule 8 are met.Board's Notes
This rule is drawn from the prior rules § 6.
The new rule reflects the adoption of the Uniform Bar Examination and the provision allowing law students to take the bar exam after completing five semesters of law school.
