On December 31,1977 and thereafter on March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31 of each year, each superior and district court clerk will submit to the chief justice, through the office of the court administrator, a report on all criminal cases pending in the court for a period of more than six months after the defendant's arraignment. The report will be submitted with the quarterly statistical reports on forms provided by the office of the court administrator. The report will include the docket number, title, date case filed, summary of court proceedings after arraignment and statement of cause for the delay for each case.
