Upon being approved for admission to the Bar of the Vermont Supreme Court and on or before June 30 of every other year thereafter, an attorney must: (a) Complete, sign, and file a licensing statement with the State Court Administrator; and(b) Remit the licensing fee required by a fee schedule that has been approved by the State Court Administrator. The fee schedule will be approved and published no later than April 1 of each year. For those attorneys required to renew their license for the 2021-2023 reporting period, the deadline for renewal in Section 2 is extended to August 17, 2021.
