Section 7 - Records

At the time of submission of a claim for compensation and reimbursement of expenses the attorney shall also provide the Defender General a completed case report form prescribed by the Defender General and any other information necessary to enable the Defender General to complete the required annual reports to the Legislature, Governor and Supreme Court.
