Clerk's Duties. The County Clerk of Harris County shall file, docket, transfer and assign cases as directed by these rules. Neither the administrative judge nor the Presiding Judge may direct the County Clerk to do otherwise, except upon the consent of the majority of the probate judges in Harris County.
