Rule 576 - Filing And Service By Parties(A) The Clerk of Courts shall immediately time stamp all written motions, notices, or documents presented for filing, and shall docket and place in the criminal case file all such papers within two working days of filing.(B) Pursuant to Pa.R.Crim.P. 576(B)(3)(d) any document required to be served upon the court administrator may be served by facsimile transmission.Rescinded September 8, 2004; New Rule WC576 adopted September 8, 2004, effective 11/1/2004.
