Rule 1920.53 - Hearing by Master Report1. All actions requesting a divorce pursuant to 23 Pa.C.S.A. 3301(a) or an annulment pursuant to 23 Pa.C.S.A. 3303 shall be referred to the permanent master upon the filing of a motion for the appointment of a master substantially in the form prescribed by Pa.R.C.P. 1920.74 with the appropriate county Prothonotary. The permanent master's fee shall be $500. Said fee is payable to the permanent master and shall be submitted with the motion for the appointment of a master at time of filing. The permanent master may petition the Court for additional fees in appropriate circumstances.2.
