Dauphin County Social Services for Children and Youth is hereby designated to effectuate service of Juvenile Dependency Court Orders and Court Notices upon all parties pursuant to the Pennsylvania Rules of Juvenile Court Procedure Pa. R.J.C.P. 1167B(2).
