Upon the filing of a petition seeking an adjudication of incapacity, the Court shall appoint interim counsel to represent the interests of the alleged incapacitated person in the incapacity proceeding. Such counsel shall act as legal counsel for the alleged incapacitated person in the proceeding until such time as other legal counsel shall have entered a written appearance on behalf of the alleged incapacitated person in accordance with these Rules.
