In addition to the requirements of 15.13(a)(11), if there are any known pending petitions regarding custody or guardianship of the adoptee, the Petitioner shall inform the Court of such and request guidance on whether to provide notice of the adoption and hearing to those parties in the pending action for custody or guardianship of the adoptee.
