Rule 7.2A - Briefs and Argument(a) A party filing a motion for judgment on the pleadings shall file simultaneously with the Clerk an argument brief, an argument scheduling order, and a proof of service.(b) The non-moving party shall file an answer, argument brief and a proof of service within 30 days. If the non-moving party does not file an argument brief, the court shall decide the motion based on the record. In doing so, the court may in its discretion hear oral argument from the party that filed the motion for judgment on the pleadings, but not from the non-moving party.Amended effective 7/20/2016; revised effective 1/12/2024.
