The following exhibits shall be attached to a petition to sell real property at public sale:
(a) a copy of the will, deed, decree or other instrument by which the fiduciary was appointed;(b) any consents or joinders of interested parties, including any lienholder whose lien would otherwise not be discharged by the sale;(c) the proposed terms and conditions of sale;(d) affidavits of two disinterested and competent persons familiar with said real estate as to the value of the tract or tracts desired to be sold; and(e) any appraisal reports that have been prepared within the preceding five years.Amended effective 7/20/2016; revised effective 1/12/2024.
