Rule 1.7B - Entry and Withdrawal of Counsel(a) The practice regarding withdrawal of appearance as set forth in Pa. O.C. 1.7(b) shall apply to withdrawal of appearance before the Register of Wills and the Clerk of the Orphans' Court.(b) A petition to withdraw shall be served on the client and all interested parties and their counsel.Amended effective 7/20/2016; revised effective 1/12/2024.
