Rule 1910.7 - No Pleading by Defendant Required. Question of Jurisdiction or Venue or Statute of Limitations in Paternity(b)(1) If preliminary objections challenging venue or jurisdiction in a support matter are filed, the proceedings shall be listed for argument in conformity with Local 1930(b). The filing of preliminary objections shall not automatically stay the support proceedings.
