All pre-trial motions and memoranda, including motions in limine, along with an estimate of the duration of any necessary hearings related to pre-trial issues, shall be submitted to the court and the opposing party or counsel not less than twenty-one (21) days before trial. Pretrial motions will not be heard on the day of trial, unless the court finds good cause to do so.
