Rule 4.081 - APPEARANCE BY SIMULTANEOUS ELECTRONIC TRANSMISSION

An in-custody defendant may choose to appear by simultaneous electronic transmission pursuant to UTCR 4.080 at the following hearings:

(1) Arraignment.

(2) Release.

(3) Probation violation.

(4) Plea on a misdemeanor or at arraignment.

(5) Sentencing.
