Rule 4.011 - PROCEEDINGS IN CRIMINAL CASES(1) Attorneys appointed to represent indigent defendants shall meet and confer with their clients prior to the time set for their appearance in court. Plea petitions and diversion agreements shall be completed and signed prior to the time set for court appearance.(2) During the pendency of any case charging an offense, defendant must keep the court advised in writing of defendant's current name, mailing address, and telephone or message number.Tillamook Supp. L.
