Rule 7.021 - ATTORNEY'S UNAVAILABLE DATES IN CIVIL CASES(1) In all civil cases, when an answer or other pleading is filed placing the case "at issue," the attorney's unavailable dates for the next year shall accompany said filing.(2) Any motion to continue shall include the attorney's unavailable dates for the next year.Malheur Supp. L.
