Rule 5.081 - STATEMENTS FOR ATTORNEY FEES, COSTS OR DISBURSEMENTS(1) The moving party requesting attorney fees, costs, or disbursements pursuant to ORCP 68 shall file a notice of readiness within 14 days after the time for filing objections if: (a) The other party did not file objections; or(b) The other party filed objections, but no party requested a hearing.(2) If a notice of readiness is required under (1), the court may not rule on the ORCP 68 motion until a notice of readiness is filed.Amended effective 2/1/2024.
