Rule 12.005 - Appointment of Mediation Panel(1) To apply for inclusion on the Jackson County panel of mediators, a person must sign and file an application provided by the court.(2) The Alternative Dispute Resolution Commission shall review each application and make a recommendation to the Presiding Judge. (3) The decision as to whether an individual is qualified to be on the panel of mediators, and the number of mediators which comprise the panel, shall be made by the Presiding Judge.Jackson Supp. L.
