Rule 8.051 - EXPEDITED PARENTING TIME MOTIONS (ORS 107.434)1) Proceedings to enforce parenting time pursuant to ORS 107.434 shall be initiated by motion, declaration, and order to show cause. The proposed order shall include an area where the court can indicate the date, time, and location of the hearing. Unless otherwise ordered by the court, the moving party shall obtain a copy of the signed order from the court and serve the other party with the motion, declaration, and order to show cause and supporting papers at least twenty-one (21) days prior to the time set for hearing.2) Mediation shall not be required unless both parties request mediation prior to the hearing.Amended effective 2/1/2024.
